Hi! My name is Lauren Micallef, COTA/L and Founder of Sprout Pediatric Therapy, LLC. I've been married since 2019 and we have three children and two dogs. In my "free time", I am busy being a hockey mom. I graduated with honors with my Associates Degree in Applied Science and Occupational Therapy from Baker College in 2019 and obtained my Bachelors in GS in 2021. I love expanding my knowledge in areas tailored to pediatric OT through continuing education courses and researching/collecting data on new interventions and relevant studies. I have five years of pediatric OT experience and the heart and passion to create a clinic in the Downriver area to best service you and your children. I am so excited to be able to make my dream a reality.

University in 2010 with a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor's
Degree in Interdisciplinary Sciences. I have been practicing as an Occupational
Therapist for 14 years primarily in the SNF setting as well as providing therapy in homes
within our community. I have strived to build my knowledge and skill set over the years
acquiring experiences in all different settings and with various ages of clients. I have a
true passion for working with people and my goal is to always have a positive impact on
every person I work with and meet. I hope to find what drives your child to excel and
hone in on their strengths in order to build up their weaknesses. I have been married for
10 years and have two children. We love to be outdoors, and I’ve recently acquired a
green thumb for gardening with lots of canning as well. I am excited to be a part of a
wonderful new clinic and watch your child grow and excel in life.

My name is Nicole Berger, I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, I graduated from Baker College in 2019, receiving my degree in Occupational Therapy and quickly knew I wanted to work in a pediatric setting. I have worked in a pediatric outpatient clinic since 2020 and have enjoyed every moment. I have been certified in SOS feeding therapy since 2021 and have been implementing this approach throughout the past couple years. I have a great passion for working with children and enjoy learning new interventions and techniques to help grow with my clients!
